Privacy & Data
How personal information is collected, used, shared, and protected.
- Privacy PolicyHow we collect, use, share, and protect personal information on this website.
- US State Privacy NoticeState-specific privacy disclosures and rights for US residents (California and other states). Published and in force now on a voluntary basis; the US-launch-specific items (agent appointment, physical addresses) take effect when that launch work is completed.

- Cookie PolicyWhich cookies and similar technologies this site uses and how to control them.
- Data Processing AddendumThe data-protection terms under which we process personal data on behalf of platform customers.

Platform Policies
Operational policies that apply across the website and the hosted stores.
- Copyright Complaints PolicyHow to report copyright infringement on hosted stores, submit counter-notices, and our repeat-infringer policy. NEXT BASKET does not currently claim DMCA §512 safe-harbour status and has no registered U.S. designated agent yet; that appointment and registration are prepared for the planned U.S. launch, and the page says so. (The legacy /dmca/ URL points to this same policy.)
- AI Features TermsThe terms for the platform’s AI features, including output accuracy limits and our no-training commitment.
- Accessibility StatementOur WCAG accessibility target, the measures we take, and how to send accessibility feedback.
- Security OverviewA public summary of the security measures protecting this website and submitted data.
Company
Who is behind NEXT BASKET AI.
The same company details were previously also published at /imprint/ (the European label for the identical information). Following owner approval, /imprint/ is now a permanent 301 redirect to /company-information/ — the redirect is in effect, so the details have a single canonical URL, and /imprint/ is not listed in the sitemap.
About these documents
Each document in this Legal Center shows its own effective date and applies from that date. Together, the documents already in force form the current legal framework for the nextbasket.com website and, for paying merchants, the NEXT BASKET AI platform.
The current offering is business-to-business only and is provided by Next Basket Platform B.V. (Netherlands). Some US-specific documents describe items prepared for a planned US launch — the US State Privacy Notice is published and applies now on a voluntary basis, while its launch-specific items (and the appointment and registration of a US copyright/DMCA agent) take effect only when that launch work is completed; those pages state clearly which US infrastructure is not yet in place.
These documents are provided for general information and are not legal advice. If any conflict arises between a summary on this page and a specific document, the specific document governs.
